ABOUT

My name is Lexi Englebert and I am a life long creative and graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's of art degree in psychology and certificate in graphic design. I began pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology back in 2021, due to my deep passion for mental health and studying how the human mind works. While my studies in psychology have been incredibly fulfilling, I felt as though something was missing. I have always considered myself more of a right brain thinker who is driven by creativity. My love for art and the creative drove me to pursue a certificate in graphic design as well so that I could marry my love for both art and science. I have worked with physical mediums my entire life, selling my work in a local art gallery starting in 2021 and running my own online business since 2020. Throughout my studies, I have learned the importance of psychology within art, and how a complete understanding of the human brain can be extremely beneficial to artwork, especially as it pertains to concepts such as color theory and consumer behavior. My goal is to add more art into everyone's lives, and create a more colorful and explorative planet.
